AlturnaMATS®
The heavy-duty 1/2″ thick 100% polyethylene mats support equipment up to 120 tons, such as trucks, chippers, or stump grinders. Thick diamond plate cleats on both sides reduce slippage. AlturnaMATS® are available in black or clear (they appear white) and can be ordered with traction on both sides (STD) or 1 side only (S1). Clear mats let enough sunlight through so the grass below gets what it needs, which prevents the turf from turning brown.
AlturnaMATS are the strongest mats on the market. Compression-molded from environmentally friendly recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE), they are strong enough to support loads up to 120 tons. The aggressive cleated tread pattern maximizes grip for a wide variety of equipment. These ½” thick mats are durable enough to take everyday punishment but are lightweight enough to be easily moved by hand.
